Cinnamon is hiah

Hello mummy's friends! This is Cinnamon brogging.

If you don't know me yet, I'm mummy's lovely virtual pet and you can read my first post here. Mummy is now busy refurbishing my living room and she doesn't allow me to be at home so she sent me out here to brog on her behalf =/

I told her i dunno wat to brog and i very shy. But she said something like I can be a good broger? Nevermind.

First of all, I'm sure you notice my changes. Compare to last year, i wear a cute nerdy wig now and i have sparkling eyes with super chio eyelashes!

(actually i dunno wat is chio. but mummy keep using it on me so i think is something good kua....right?)

(AHH..maybe chio means pink in mummy's alien language..hmm..)

You might also notice the changes in my skin colour. Long story. It all happens when mummy abandoned me alone in Pet Society and went for holidays throughout Christmas and New Year. I threw huge tantrum when she got back so she made up with me and brought me to the tanning saloon. I wanted to have a pink tan but then mummy was like "huh? but you're already pink" so i go for light goldenish brown instead.

Oh no! I gotta run home and remind mummy to take out the 'vegetable soup' that i left in the oven!

*runs back to Pet Society*

*back to brogging*

Phew! Luckily the soup is not burnt yet. And I manage to have a sneak peek on my new living room. It looks really cute though teehee... i cant wait to be back home.

Anyway, since mummy made up with me and I'm loving my tan now so I repay her by posting some of her pictures here from London. (Btw, I secretly stole those pictures from her. She dunno yet hehehe... puhlease dont tell her later she get angry)

You see lah, she like so happy in London while I was so lonely in Pet Society. But I better quit sulking since I got a fake tan now.

Oh before that, lemme introduce you to my new puppy which is also mummy's petling.....

Her name is Tinkerbell and she accompany me when mummy is too busy. She also stays with me in Pet Society. Maybe next time mummy will ask her to brog instead? But Tinkerbell speaks in a language that I dun understand.... nevermind.

Oh, mummy is done decorating my living room! I can't wait to see it. Next time if mummy ask me to brog again I will show you my haus okay. Confirm very chio one.

Okay mummy is calling. Bai people ;)

Signing off and back to Pet Society

Paris, France

Bonjour!

Well, it has been more than a month since I last visited Paris as part of my '09 Xmas trip :) I'm loving Paris! Although I got to be honest that I didnt feel so upon arrival and we were very unlucky on the first day.

Day 1
We travelled to Paris via eurostar and as you may or may not know, during that week that we're travelling, eurostar was experiencing some service disruption. We got to queue outside St.Pancras, London -not knowing whether we'll be able to board the train to Paris or not T___T we're merely just trying our luck. Well, lucky for us, we managed to secure seats to Paris.

Arriving in Gare du Nord station and trying to find our way to our apartment is the most fearful experience ever! Obviously we don't speak French so it's veryyyy difficult to ask for direction, tickets, etc -.- and people there are not very friendly to begin with :( When we finally decided to take a cab, load our luggages, the cab driver asked us to get down. We were like, "huh what?!". After a lot of sign/hand languages + our own interpretation, it turned out that we didn't get the complete address to our apartment T___T FOL. But that was what we were given!

We finally managed to get to our apartment by the same cab after getting help from someone who speaks minimum English. My siblings and I concluded that we didn't like Paris very much on the first night.

Day 2
Things got so much better on the second day as my sis and I are both good in reading maps and looking for train/metro route. So we travelled without any problems :) :) It was from day 2 onwards that my love for Paris has developed.

(Okay enough of words, it's pictures time!)

Day 3
Wake up super early on Day 3 because it's Christmas and we spent our entire day in Disneyland! We bought the 1 Day/2 Parks tickets so we get to visit both Walt Disney Studios and Disneyland park -in a day. Super tired can die as we have to hop from studios to park (back and fro) to catch the parade, shows, etc -.-
#9 Entrance of Walt Disney Studios
#10 I like how the colour of our outfit matches ;)
#11 Minnie Mouse
#12 Daisy Duck
#13 Super mega huge Tinkerbell :)
#14 The Castle

Disneyland Paris is the third Disneyland that I've visited (Tokyo first; followed by HongKong x2) and it's one of my dreams to visit all the Disneyland in the world ^^

Day 4

Okay, we travelled super far for this. Almost as far as Disneyland. Entrance tickets to this palace is expensive but thank god my sis and I got in for free because we've student visa. Great buildings and architectures but there's nothing much to see in the palace. Okay to be fair, there're lot of paintings, etc but it just doesn't fancy me.
#16 Eiffel Tower (night view)
#17 Arc de Triomphe (night view)
(eh i have to risk my life and stand in the middle of the road to take this picture ok)

Arch de Triomphe is situated in Champs-Élysées- one of the most famous street for shopping in the world. This is when my mum totally didn't bother to take any pictures as all she wanted to do was shopping -.- But haha, it was quite late that time and most of the shops are closing.

Day 5
It was our last day in Paris and we have a little bit of time to spend in the morning. We decided to head back to Champs-Élysées as mum wanted to go Louis Vuitton and I wanted to take pictures of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower again =D (Night view and day view is different you know ;) )

We spent way too much time in Louis Vuitton that we didnt get to visit other stores around that area. So yeah, Louis Vuitton is the only shopping/store I went to in Paris :( super sad case loh.

#18 My bro and I @Arc de Triomphe

So, that's about it on Paris. I hope that I can visit Paris again someday... hmmm..

Alright, I got to go to bed.
Oh, Happy Chinese New Year everyone!

Xmas Trip-Third Stop: A Day in Old Trafford, Manchester

Weeeheeee surprise!! Another post today! Am I efficient or what huh? lols.

And yaya, i know i'm suppose to be working on my dissertation but let just say i'm taking a break will ya? and I dont have enough resources and references for it now. Will probably go to the library tmr zzzz.

So, from Edinburgh we moved on to our third destination, which is Manchester!!! Was in Manchester for about 4 days/3nights (actually we only have 2 FULL days for visiting+sight seeing). I do think that my mum and bro didn't get to explore Manchester much due to the lack of time. However we obviously do spare a day to visit Old Trafford :) (All of us are fans okay) It was my second visit to Old Trafford but my first time taking part in the stadium and museum tour.
#2 Old Trafford covered with snow
#3 Trying to capture back the similar style of pictures here, but failed -.-
#4 All of us!  lmao.
I like this *rare* picture because all of us looked sooo happy in it

We kinda missed the first 5 mins of briefing for the stadium tour because none of us noticed that there were time stated in our tickets -.- Oh btw, we got a great deal for the ticket entrance too since Jon is working as a part-time staff in Old Trafford :)
#8 See...still got time to take pic padahal already late zzzz
#9 Briefing session in the stadium
#10 The field is covered with snow because it snowed heavily in the morning, thus it's all white instead of green -.-
#11
#12 This is my favourite family picture for the entire trip (and it's taken in my favourite place!)

Throughout the tour, there'll be a tour guide to guide you around (otherwise you might get lost inside the stadium). The guided tour was pretty interesting. I just wish that he will allowed more time for us to take pictures, because clearly we don't have much time for it =/ (you know how fans just wanna snap pictures at every angles, etc -.-) After the briefing, our tour around the stadium begins!
#13 Changing Rooms :D
#14 In the changing room -sitting in the place where Macheda usually sits at :)
#15
Okay to be honest I wanted to sit at the corner here because the place where Owen is seating now used to be Ronaldo's seat! (and hello, Rooney is next to it yo!). unfortunately, we went into the room late and it was occupied by other fans :'(
#16 Self-explanatory

#17 Self-explanatory (2)

Once again, I wished that we have more time here! It's so hard to take pictures when we don't have sufficient time and gotta fight with other fans just to take pictures of the key players' jersey.
#18 This is the place where managers and players will during match.

Stadium tour lasted for about 45mins. After the stadium tour, we went to the gift store and bought some merchandises and souvenirs. Bro bought a Monopoly Manchester United version and it's pretty cool(they have Ronaldo in it woots!)

#23 Ronaldo <333

Lastly, we went to the museum tour. It's not a guided tour here so you're free to explore around. Though the museum is not very big but there are definitely lot of items/information in it.
#24 Part of the trophy
#25 Woots! Can you see MALAYSIA??
#26 There have this wall with all the players' name in it + the year they joined the club
#27 Self-explanatory (3)

Well, that's about it. Next blogpost will be Paris ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥~
Till then! Cheers :)

Self-reminder: Please be hardworking enough to go to the library tmr.
